US followers, likes and views: how ordering works at Hypya

Before you order: a checklist

Most order problems begin before checkout. Run through these points first and the rest of the process stays simple.

• Set the account to public. A private profile cannot gain followers, and a hidden post cannot collect likes or views.
• Copy the right link. Followers need the profile link or the username. Likes and views need the link of one post, Reel, video or Short.
• Leave the username alone until the order is complete. A renamed account no longer matches the link we work from.
• Plan one link per order. Two posts or two accounts mean two separate orders.
• Look at your card. Charges are in US dollars, so a card issued in another currency may come with a conversion fee from your bank.

Ordering in four steps

Step one: open the platform you use and choose the service, for example US Instagram followers or US TikTok views. Every service page lists its packages straight from the live catalogue.

Step two: choose a package. Each row shows the quantity, the price in US dollars and the refill period. The price on the row is the amount charged, and nothing is added at checkout.

Step three: paste the public link or username and pay by card. Stripe processes the payment, so your card details go to Stripe and are not stored by Hypya.

Step four: follow the order. You get an order number, and the order tracking page shows each stage: paid, waiting, in progress, then completed or partially completed. How long an order takes depends on the package and the quantity, which is why no fixed time is printed anywhere on this site.

After delivery: the refill period and what voids it

Every package names its refill period. The period starts when delivery completes. If the count drops during that period, the missing part is added back free of charge, up to the quantity you bought.

A few things end that cover: switching the account to private, deleting the post, changing the username, or an order sent with the wrong link. The refund and refill policy lists each case in full.

Paying in US dollars

All prices on Hypya are in US dollars (USD), and the amount on the package is the amount you pay. Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. With a card in US dollars, the charge on your statement matches the package. With a card in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may add a foreign transaction fee that Hypya cannot see or change. The price overview shows every package in one place.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel before processing starts and you get the full amount back. If an order ends as partially completed, the undelivered part is refunded. Rights you have under the consumer laws of your state apply on top of these rules.
